It was ok for a canned meal. Just a whole lot of chickpeas and very little of the other vegetables that were listed on the ingredients, like the carrots, potatoes and spinach. I think if you put all the shreds of spinach together it would only be about one or two baby leaves. The flavour was pretty basic but I’m glad there are no preservatives and the whole thing is natural. Be sure to eat it with a lot of crunchy bread to soak up the watery soup.
