The white chocolate is nice and it's refreshing to see a vegan non-dark chocolate for a change. The depth of the flavours is nonetheless rather flat in comparison to the creamy dairy option. But it really isn't bad, and would like to explore how to implement this in drinks and dishes. Just eating it as-is is also quite good...but there is room for further improvement!
