I bought these #ricenoodles out of desperation, as they are so difficult to find on our island. They worked nicely following the instructions on the package, staying firm and not breaking. Made of only three ingredients: 80% #riceflour, #tapiocastarch and water. However the price of 3,75€ just seems like too much, though I understand that someone has to pay the transport for these noodles imported from Thailand. 🙁
