The best chicken alternative I've had yet. I cooked it in an air fryer, 30 mins with olive oil on one side then flipped it in the tray and cooked it for a further 15 mins.. Crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside. Not exactly the same taste and texture as chicken but damn close!
