I was impressed with the texture of the crust given that it’s gluten free, and the stringiness of the cheese too - managed to get pretty decent cheese pulls. Beyond that though, I found it to be more on the bland side. There were hints of saltiness here and there from the crumbles and kale but that was about it. Could not taste the sweetness I was expecting from the roasted peppers or any smokiness from the sausage either. I’m open to trying their other topping variations of this flatbread range still, perhaps there’ll be something more flavourful!
