The best part of this was the tempeh, and it wasn't even supposed to have it because they ran out of the tofu that was supposed to be there. Regardless, the tempeh was amazing and seasoned really nicely. Too bad that it seems like the tempeh absorbed all the other flavors from the dish because everything else was kinda bland in comparison to the tempeh. But yea, the tempeh was great. Tempeh kinda sounds weird when you say it too many times. Tempeh.
