So I do like this pizza and for a non vegan restaurant, I’m super happy they have this option! I order this vegan pizza with the gluten free crust, add extra veggies and red pepper flakes. The flavor is really quite good! I would say it’s a decent option and they’re pretty good about portions when you go into the restaurant to get your pizza. If you order through a delivery app, they’re a little stingy. Otherwise, a tasty pizza and reasonable price.

Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes. The only piece of cooking equipment inside each of the restaurants is an oven.
