i never tried kimchi before but always wanted to because i heard it's good for your gut (fermented food etc.). i have to admit, i don't like it. maybe these are my german genes but for me it's wayyyy to spicy even though it's not that spicy - i'm just not used to it.
this kimchi is made from white cabbage, carrots, ginger, onions and garlic. spices include chili and capsicum powder. all organic and sugar free. taste is sour and spicy at the same time.
i bought it for 3,95€ (->14,63€/kg) at dm.
