OK you guys....this was my first time ever having a poached egg (real or vegan) and my mind was blown. It truly tasted just like a real egg 🤯

I wasn't sure if I would like it bc I never liked runny yolk on real eggs, so I got this on the side, but it would have been amazing on the Tofu, rice and Veg dish I got. This is from Yo Egg brand, not yet sold for retail. They topped it with black salt, for an even saltier, eggy flavor. The only non-vegan item I truly miss are eggs, even when I ditched dairy, I still ate eggs because my mom raised chickens. Anyways I digress, it's been years since I've tasted a real egg but even my omni husband said if he closed his eyes, other than the texture, he wouldn't know it was vegan.
