First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #allvegan #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal #local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.

This #tamal is stuffed with toasted cumin #cashewcheese and comes with a Theo's #chocolate #mole and #roasted root veggetables finished with fingerling potatoe chips. The tamal was so soft and delicious, basically melt in your mouth texture! Everything went really well together.
