We couldn’t pass these up on our hot dog outing to #ikea 🤓 These thin ginger cookies have a great snap and are perfect for dunking in coffee! The ginger is perfectly subtle so you taste it but it’s not too much. I’m thinking they would be great with some vanilla ice cream 🤤
