Strawberry Bomb Cupcake au Erin McKenna's — Avis de marymacw (2 févr. 2024)

This was my second trip to Eric McKennas bakery. I got the strawberry bomb cupcake, which is a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and a strawberry jam in the center. The cake was quite dry and had a very crumbly texture. The frosting was nice, not too sweet, and the jam in the center was good. I think next time I’ll try something other than cupcakes. 🍓🍓🍓
