I still remember being absolutely blown away when I first tried this product at the now-defunct Green Common Singapore! 🤯 Highly convincing 'fishy' smell and taste, with spot-on flaky texture beneath the crunchy batter. Reminiscent of LJS fish fillet. Convenient frozen product, great for DIY vegan fish and chips! 🍟 My non-veg mum gave rave reviews too. Air-frying is sufficient; no additional oil or deep-frying needed.
