these are my staple “chicken” patties when i want something to mimic that basic freezer patty. it’s nothing fancy or incredibly realistic, but it’s a solid staple. they are truly just a chicken patty, and you can’t really distinguish it from a real chicken patty (in terms of vegan vs nonvegan).
i air fry these to heat them up, and i love how crispy they get! they’re great in sandwiches, in salads, nourish bowls, etc… very versatile and i find they’re easy to use and quick to prepare.
