For my last lunch out in Mexico I chose a very small but amazing plant-based restaurant. I asked for recommendations to the kind waitress for dessert and she told me they do this kind of pie that everyone loves as it's the vegan version of a very popular cake that they sell everywhere in Mexico (gansito) made with chocolate, jam and whipped cream. Simply delicious even tho the portion is way too big 😂
