Vegan mochi! I’ve wanted to find some #veganmochi for ages because I never got to try normal #mochi before I became vegan. I was not expecting the jelly-like, gooey, stretchy texture of the mochi (I don’t like jelly so it was slightly disconcerting). Despite that, I loved the flavour of the outside, and the sweet anko inside was even tastier! I’m not sure I’d get it again but that’s just my preference - I recommend for any mochi lovers!
