I was very grateful to receive this product from the vegan is not scary contest. It’s wonderful! I love that it has a nice amount of protein and fiber. I will say I don’t love the smell of it, but the taste is great! I was following the cooking directions, but I find that right rice is a too watery if I do that. Instead I let it boil for 2 minutes, let it sit covered for 14 minutes and then fluff it and let it sit covered for 4 minutes. Then it is perfectly cooked for me. It’s super easy to prepare. I will definitely be purchasing this product in the future. #veganiseasy
