Dried Noodles with Boiled Wantons au Daily Green 吉祥素 - Lor Chuan — Avis de dankhx (6 janv. 2024)

Prepared by a sweet elderly lady who came over to our table to check if the food was good. And by gawd it was divine. Her wanton noodles comes with the deep fried wontons by default. But we requested to swap them for the boiled ones. The noodles were so fresh and springy seasoned with a tasty mix of soy sauce and black vinegar. She was very generous with the leafy greens and mock char siew as well.
