Ahh man, in my pre-vegan times I didn’t even like this mayo-filled “salad” because I found it so heavy. Of course, thinking now about all those eggs 😣 buttt no surprise that this #vegan version was delightful, and much much lighter than the cruel version. Another fantastic dish from this #veganrestaurant !
