I made this delicious app for a holiday party and it was a hit! Spinach dip garlic bread sticks. Was a Pinterest recipe that I veganized and it was pretty amazing - whole thing went- hadn’t had it for years but it was better than I remembered. Was super cheesy - the TJ’s cream cheese was perfect in it - smooth & creamy texture, light flavor and reasonably priced for $2.99. I also used follow your heart Parmesan and Violalife mozzarella shreds, lots of garlic, frozen spinach and pizza crust. Brushed the top with a garlic butter and baked it. Should’ve made 2 lol.
Someone commented “I just don’t understand how you can give up cheese” I was like seriously- this was oozing with cheesy flavor, there’s so many friendly alternatives. How can you not?
