I wanted a nut roast for Christmas and found this one just beforehand (lucky that nut roasts aren't fashionable 🤣). I thought it was good, but not outstanding. I really liked the taste and the nuttiness, but sometimes you'd just get these long stringy "things" that I knew was some vegetable but it wasn't clear what they were. And sometimes you'd find a whole sprout in your bite.
