This is an easy cheap white baking #rum I use for my annual Christmas #rum #cakes and rum balls. You can purchase it at almost any grocery store for about $12, so it's a decent #value. I don't use a whole lot of it. Their website states they don't use any animal products, which is something you have to look out for with alcohol (mainly beers and wine). I recommend checking out www.barnivore.com it's a great resource guide to find #vegan beverages. This makes a great baking rum as it's super light and clean tasting. It's not going to add much additional flavor to your cake besides the little kick of rum. This is another photo of one of my rum cakes!
