Cranberry Pear Sauce au Plum Bistro — Avis de sofihuasteca (25 déc. 2023)

Was not sure how much I would like this #cranberry and #pear sauce from Plums. This came in our #holidaymeal package for around $165 for 5-6 people (check out my previous post in the bundt cake for more details).
I usually do not like cranberry sauce because it can be bitter and chunky but this was the perfect amount of sweet and thickness with no thick clumps. Went well with the mashed potatoes, wellington, asparagus, basically everything from the holidaymeal.
