Review of Haggis Burger at Mono by cosmicgalaxygirl

Never having tasted any version of haggis before, this dish was somewhat daunting to try! But this vegan version of haggis on top of a smoky charred seitan burger, smothered in a peppercorn sauce with mustard, lettuce, and pickle was incredibly tasty and satisfying. Imagine a lightly peppered vegan mashup of meatloaf, sausage, and sage and you’ll have a good idea of this vegan haggis flavour.
For those like me who have never tried haggis before, this dish is something not to be missed the next time you’re in Glasgow! Definitely worth a try!
