Review of Filetto 3D striploin at Raparossa di Galiano Madia by ro-ngodrup-dorje

3d printed vegetable fillet with seasonal vegetables and primitivo reduction. Very good, very meaty with almost meat texture. In the beginning I thought it tasted a bit fishy but then actually it came very tasty. It was nicely presented with sweet potato slices and eatable flowers.
