We partook in '1st Thursdays Down South' that led us to The Blue Bird Market 🐦 in Muizenburg

The man making the food and running the Veg Kitchen stall was so warm and friendly 😊

Every ingredient felt nourishing and genuinely good for my body 😄 paired with a pint of hard kombucha on tap by Tr
