I purchased these quite awhile back when I was anticipating preparing brunch for some folks. I had wanted the Beyond links but they were out of stock and this was the other option.
Lightlife is an interesting case study for me because I usually feel strongly about their products; either I absolutely them (chicken patties, ground, tempeh) or i don’t care for them at all (their deli meats, reformulated smart tenders).
Unfortunately these were the latter for me. They didn’t taste at all like breakfast links (from what I can deduce), had a softer texture than expected and didn’t really taste that good in general. Unfortunately this one’s a pass.
