When @dafnelately picked this Israeli place for dinner I certainly wasn't expecting that we would start with #panipuri 😋 Then again, maybe I should have been; this is from a part of the world where they know a thing or two about appropriating things that don't belong to them (#fromtherivertothesea 😒)

Their vegetarian menu (there is also an omnivorous one) uses a * to indicate which items are veganisable. Beautiful plating, and amazing flavour both in the #beetroot #tartare and the #yuzu foam inside the equally delightful #deepfried balls 😋
