This big bowl of greens was absolutely loaded with fresh produce and tons of vegan protein. I loved it 😍 I’m talking a big bed of hummus, heaps of lentils, couscous, tofu, olives, avocado, and warm kale. It was just what I needed after a longgg travel day and exploring around the city 🌆🇨🇱🥗
