I imagine the soup changes regularly, in any case this was really yummy. It really fills you up too, just beautiful. Perfect on a cold day.
If you’re on the lookout for restaurants that celebrate the beauty and diversity of plants and their amazingness, Le Botaniste is one to consider. Beautiful flavours, and all the food looks, smells and tastes amazing. Affordable too, with such generous portions. Look out for the combo /meal deals, as well as their seasonal menu. A few outlets in Belgium, and i believe in the US.
