Mangoo au Bloom Sushi — Avis de Le Raton Saveur (26 nov. 2023)

This was one of the most interesting rolls I’ve ever seen. It’s the one in the middle with the white sauce (wasabi mayo).

I’m a sucker for another beet or pistachio and this had both, plus mango, tempura, cucumber, and avocado. I’m actually not a huge wasabi fan so I was worried about the sauce, but it’s a subtle taste.

Overall this roll was packed with good stuff that made for an interesting flavour combination and texture. I recommend giving it a try for something truly different!
