Finally, I can eat ramen noodles guilt free! This ramen is made with organic millet and brown rice. With 8g of protein and 11% fiber per serving, it's much better than the processed stuff. Just two ingredients, no additives.

My only bone to pick is the packaging - the 12 portions are all together in the bag and there is no way to reseal the packaging once opened.

I was really excited to see this at Costco for the first time last month, and I hope they continue to keep stocking this.

I made a green curry ramen noodle soup with this and it turned out great.
