Another amazing Ramen~ pretty much the same thing without as much chili flakes and no vegan pork. An amazing simple ramen with lots of flavor. Again the mushrooms are super meaty... and the bean sprouts and bok choy add a nice crunch. I think it said they were supposed to be Vegan egg on the menu but I didn't see any in the ramen...
