It is for me one of the BEST things that I had in South Korea and I was genuinely smiling from ear to ear 😍

It’s a creamy chilled soy milk soup over noodles topped with sesame seeds and cucumbers. The soup itself is made by blending soy milk and tofu and seasoned to taste — but some recipes blend in a little peanut and sesame too for a nuttier taste. It can be a very strong BEAN taste if you’re not used to it but I absolutely love it

And it’s perfect for a hot day as it is chilled and the sauce is super creamy and thick! And the crunch from the cucumbers break the smooth texture too which is great

plus point is that the sauce is LITERALLY made of protein-rich ingredients, and is super satiating

just remember to ask them to remove the beef and egg, the rest of it is vegan! i checked 😉
