Juju Grill au Vegan Bistro Jangara — Avis de Valentina (24 oct. 2023)

I liked so much the ramen from this place, so I came back and tried this grilled #soymeat served on a hot iron plate. The presentation was beautiful, and the meat was accompanied by #whiterice, a light #soup and mixed #veggies.
It was a very tasty lunch🥈, but the ramen was still superior 🥇 thanks to all the umami in the broth, something that was missing here.
