These are average imo. I didn't like the gooey "fat" parts at all. They cooked weirdly, dry but almost melted at the same time. It kinda tasted like melted vegan cheese at one point. They stick together too much and it makes it hard to get each strip out individually in one piece.
The smoked taste was nice but not enough to save the overall product for me.
