This little jar sat in my cupboard for a LONG time! I bought it on a whim and tucked it away.

I had no idea what I was missing!!!! Hidden in the shadows-forgotten behind the balsamic vinegar was a bit of Heaven.

So convenient & versatile! It has a super light whipped almost fluffy texture that is so good!

It’s a tangy tomato explosion on the tongue with just enough basil 🍅🌿 😋
