Skewers au Buddha Taste - Tower Bridge — Avis de jessskh (25 sept. 2023)

Buddha Taste is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant serving vegetarian and vegan food. The menu is written in a way where everything is vegan unless stated otherwise. For starters, we got these skewer of tofu and oyster mushroom. It was topped with coriander and their homemade satay sauce. The tofu and oyster mushroom were quite fresh with little extra cooking however I prefer it when it's grilled like yakitori first. The satay sauce is always the best part of the dish, this sauce was a little thinner than I'm used to but it was still tasty and I appreciate the homemade-ness of it. This was £7.
