Shakushuka with Tofu, Tahini, and Garlic Butter Flatbread au Cafe Van Gogh — Avis de jessskh (22 sept. 2023)

Cafe Van Gogh is a restaurant that is not only 100% vegan but is also a not for profit social enterprise that gives back to the community. I've been wanting to visit Cafe Van Gogh for the longest time and my experience didn't disappoint. It's located in a church building and I completely walked past it whilst looking for it. The ground floor is where you can see the variety of pastries they have to offer and the seating there is more for walk ins. The floor upstairs is accessed by a cute spiral staircase where there are many tables for reservations for main meals. On this visit, I got the shakshuka which came out beautifully presented. The table had a table lamp which was perfect as I positioned the light over the food for my abillion picture haha. The dish was so yummy, had great flavour and garlic butter flatbread is one of my favourite things anyway so had zero issues there. Was very satisfied with this and would love to get it again but I also need to try their other dishes! It was priced at £11 and a gluten free option is an extra 50p.
