vegan dessert au Cinnamon Garden Restaurant — Avis de pattini (20 sept. 2023)

this was the dessert for the vegan tasting menu: a raspberry sherbet served with roasted pineapple and brandy. The brandy came in a little glass and we were supposed to pour it on the pineapple. I did think it was a little too much for that amount of pineapple so I’d suggest to pour just part of it and then maybe drink the rest if you don’t want to waste it 😬 Anyway I found this dessert to be very original and it was the perfect thing to have after having eaten all that spicy food before. #dessert #vegandessert #sherbet #sorbetto #raspberry #pineapple #brandy #zurich
