'Seafood' pancake with #sglocal #oatside oat milk as the base, stuffed with konjac prawns and squid. I'm not usually a fan of konjac mock seafood, but they were quite QQ and worked well here in the fried batter, reminiscent of McDonald's Ebi Shrimp Burger! Topped with mildly spicy housemade Hao Gan Ma (made using dried mushrooms, fried garlic and shallot, red chilli, konbu kelp, and spices), alongside creamy housemade vegan mayonnaise (made using soy milk, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, white miso paste, and Dijon mustard). The overall dish was a bit like a fusion take on okonomiyaki. Slightly greasy but very indulgent and delicious. Non-veg friend approved too! (Contains alliums, $18) #sgvegan #veganseafood
