Super moist dark chocolate cake with salted tahini buttercream. The buttercream was outrageously good!!

Had to share with a friend as this was a VERY generous (gigantic) slice!!

Really nice balance of flavors-the cake itself wasn’t too sweet. Deep and chocolaty but not over the top. The dark chocolate drizzle and buttercream were soooo good!

Absolutely made with love! I have so much praise for Houlden’s a family run-local-small business doing BIG things! Wonderful People, Great Ethics & Amazing Pastries.
