This weeks special at @seitansrealmcbus is DELICIOUS and makes my Italian heart happy! 🇮🇹
This toasted garlic bread is topped with a #fried mozzahella cheeze wedge, a housemade #seitan meatball patty and then topped with marinara sauce, parmesan cheeze, and parsley. It's fantastic. I love their seitan meatballs, they are fantastic! I think this sandwich is super creative and the #vegan fried breaded cheeze wedge is. 👌🏼 Obviously, this isn't the healthiest option, but this is vegan comfort food at its finest!
