My preferred oat milk is still Earth’s Own but I do buy Silk Oat Original when it is on sale. It only states vegetable oil in its list of ingredients so not sure if there is palm oil. I would prefer if they state the type of oil used. It is prepared in Canada so a bonus for Canadian consumers. Calcium content is good - not a lot of protein. But most oat milks lack protein. The taste is good and smooth and works in coffee without separating. I’ve baked with it and I use oat milk most mornings with my oatmeal - double oats!
