pomorosso au Bolle Pizzeria — Avis de pattini (4 sept. 2023)

This was another vegan pizza available at Bolle. It might seem like a regular tomato pizza but it has a nice twist thanks to an added basil emulsion and grape must sauce. Honestly it was good but a little too sweet for my own taste. The dough was great as in all their pizzas. The price for this pizza was 13.5€. During the summer, when the weather allows it, it’s possible to eat outside in a small garden, which I find very cute.
