Superior Soup - Local Spinach au Botanique Vegetarian Private Kitchen — Avis de Steven Neoh (3 sept. 2023)

The one dish/aspect of their offering which is unfailingly superb - their vegetable #soup options 😋 It has so much goodness and flavour, and frankly much larger servings of #spinach and #fakemeat (condiment) than one would expect. I think this is potentially the most suitable vegetable for this soup concept (I had water cress the previous time which was more than decent too!) 😀
