Review of big Breakfast at Back to Eden Singapore (Cafe) by laureguilbaud

I wanted to love this dish, which is supposed to be one of their best sellers. Didn’t work for me, but it is personal. The rosti was too oily, the “tofu” had a very eggy taste which I personally never enjoy (non vegans might like it though).
