Just as I had gotten around to approaching Green Common in my backlog, they close down 😭 I’ll never forget the first bite I had from them đŸ„Č Even with the delivery time, everything was still in peak condition and #ecopackaging

This was among @dafnelately’s most frequent orders that I absolutely had to try 😌 and it made sense 😛 The #veganfish at work here is, in fact, OmniFoods ! It was all just #deepfried to golden perfection đŸ„č The insides were just so believable they’d surely fool the omni— oh my gosh I get the name now! đŸ€Ł It wasn’t very salty like most #fishandchips I’ve encountered but i like less salt anyway. The #fries were a little more dry in mouthfeel to my liking but I think it was probably just the type of potato. The texture was still 10/10 though 😋 I don’t even like #tartarsauce but this one worked for me 😼 especially with the other green sauce I wasn’t sure of but maybe some kind of guac?

$16 is not the worst for #fish and #chips especially considering the quality!

This is the first time I’m experiencing the loss of a beloved dining option đŸ„ș #saveveganrestaurants
