Toothsome soy 'chicken cubes' stir-fried with fragrant shredded ginger in a slightly herbal sauce, alongside tomato, tricolour bell pepper, carrot slices, and lettuce. Non-veg mum enjoyed this! Also appreciated that the soy mock meat didn't have any unpleasant strong soy taste. Served with a bowl of clear soup too. (Allium-free, $7.80) #sgvegan #chinesefood
