This was a daily special (not on the regular menu.) It was the perfect warm weather lunch-a wonderful combination of flavors. Super filling.
I feel so fortunate to have Midtown Vegan Market & Deli here in town. They are stocked with tons of vegan products and everything I’ve ordered from the deli has been amazing!
